Conditions of participation for the Stolberg Castle Run

The Stolberg Castle Run is organised by Ritter von Kempski Privathotels GmbH.

By registering, participants accept the terms and conditions and the organiser's disclaimer. Participation is at your own risk. Claims against the organiser, sponsors or their representatives for damages or injuries arising in connection with participation are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

By registering, participants declare that they are sufficiently trained and in good health to take part in the event. The event will take place in all weather conditions.

Once registered, there is no entitlement to a refund of the participation fee.

Some of the running routes lead over unpaved or natural forest paths; participants should be aware of the corresponding accident risks. The organiser's instructions must be followed. Violations may result in exclusion.

The results will be evaluated separately for each gender. Children may only participate in accordance with the respective age groups and when accompanied by their parents.

There is no facility for storing valuables. The organiser accepts no liability for this.

By registering, participants agree to the storage and processing of their personal data for the purpose of running the event and compiling and publishing results lists.

Photographs and videos will be taken during the event. These may be used for press and public relations purposes for the Stolberg Castle Run (print, website, social media). By registering, participants hereby agree to this.
