The Bambini Run takes place on a 300-metre circuit in the courtyard of Stolberg Castle. Against the unique backdrop of the castle, the little ones can safely take their first steps in running – accompanied by loud applause, as family and fans are right there at the side of the track.
At the Stolberg Castle Run, you're not just running for your personal best time, but above all for a good cause: by taking part, you're automatically supporting a regional project in and around Stolberg. Every kilometre you cover becomes real support for our region – thank you for running with us and doing good!
Part of the route leads along unpaved/natural forest paths. Please ensure you are sure-footed and wear suitable footwear.
Yes – there are no losers at the Stolberg Castle Run: every participant receives a finisher's medal and can print out a certificate online afterwards. The award ceremony with trophies for the top places will take place shortly after the races at Stolberg Castle. In addition, your finish will be filmed and can then be viewed online using your start number.
The Bambini Run is not competitive, but of course no one goes away empty-handed: every child receives a finisher's medal and a certificate as a souvenir of their run on the castle terrace.
